With “Walking the walk” we help you develop your ability to use design as a strategic business tool and to bring it to maturity.
We give you specific guidance on how to truly integrate and develop design functions into your business or organisation. During this transformation we will consider four maturity levels with respect to the combination of three roles of design: design as approach, design as outcome, and design as capability.
For “starters” in design thinking and design doing we offer a basic training extolling the virtues of people-centred design.
